Daughter of the famous Lyonnais Caterer, Christèle Michéa has been an accomplished restaurateur for many years. Having worked in the world of catering for around ten years and having her own restaurant near the capital of Lyon, it is now in the South of France that she wishes to share her passion and her delicacies.
